2. Lakhota lake & Palace, Jamnagar

Navanagar’s ruler Jan Ranmal constructed the Lakhota Palace and the Ranmal (or Lakhota) Lake in the middle of the 19th century. Lake was created with the purpose of serving as a water storage area when needed. Originally, its monarchs were seated in the charmingly situated little Lakhota palace in the center of the lake.
